Newly painted with new Howdens kitchen units and freestanding oven from Curry's.

Sealing the gable end with Belzona

The exterior gable end was treated with Benzona,  a product used on lighthouses to prevent water penetration.

Dry and Bright

We now have a fresh, bright one bed apartment with new carpeting thoughout. The property is tenanted.
